The Scottsdale Charros are excited to announce their title sponsorship of the Junior Golf Association of Arizona (JGAA) Junior Invitational, taking place February 15-16, 2025, at Orange Tree Golf Club in Scottsdale. This significant partnership highlights the Charros’ continued commitment to supporting youth sports and fostering the growth of junior golf in Arizona.

The 2025 Scottsdale Charros Junior Invitational is the second event of the PING Junior Masters Series, the JGAA’s college prep tour.  The series continues to draw top ranked boys and girls from right here in Arizona as well as a handful of top juniors who reside out of state looking to test their game against our amazing local talent.  The event will showcase the next generation of golfers, many of whom will go on to play at the collegiate level.

As the title sponsor, the Scottsdale Charros will play an integral role in ensuring the success of the tournament, providing resources, and elevating the event’s overall experience for the participants and patrons. The partnership aligns with the Charros’ long-standing mission to support the Scottsdale community, youth sports, and develop future leaders, both on and off the golf course.

“We are thrilled to partner with the JGAA for this outstanding event,” said Andrew Beardsley, current President of the Scottsdale Charros. “Youth sports has always been an important area of focus for our organization, and we’re excited to help provide these young athletes with the platform they deserve. We look forward to seeing the future stars of the game shine at this year’s Scottsdale Charros Junior Invitational.”

The tournament will feature top boys and girls in their respective championship divisions competing in a two-day, stroke-play format. Participants will have the opportunity to test their skills against some of the best junior golfers in the state while being tested at the newest host venue for a PING Junior Masters Series event – Orange Tree Golf Club.

“We are proud to partner with the Scottsdale Charros for this event,” said JGAA Executive Director, Scott McNevin. “For many years The Charros have been a great partner in helping us in our mission to educate, motivate, and inspire youth through the game of golf, and their sponsorship will undoubtedly make this year’s event even more memorable for everyone involved.”

The Scottsdale Charros Junior Invitational field is set, and the event promises to be a highly competitive and inspiring display of talent. Golf fans, family members, and supporters are encouraged to attend and cheer on the next generation of Arizona’s golfing elite.
