VOLUNTEER POSITIONS
We have various volunteer positions available depending on the tournament.
Rules Official
A Rules Official has working knowledge of the Rules of Golf and significant on-course experience. Rules Officials are authorized to decide questions of fact and apply the Rules of Golf. A Rules Official may: assist players with the Rules help with course setup or marking. Training and certification are required.
Starter
Starters main responsibility is to ensure all players tee off at their respective tee time. They provide players with all the information they need for the round, hand out scorecards, and announce the players off their first tee. Onsite training is provided for this roles.
Registration
Registration volunteers play a key role in making sure all players have arrived and make it to their first tee on time. They will check players in, hand out range balls/tee gifts/bag tags, and communicate with the starter if needed.
Shuttle Driver
Shuttle drivers are needed when there is a long walk for players either to another hole or to the driving range.
Live Scoring
Live scorers will sit on holes #5, #10, and #15 to record players scores as they come through and upload it to a tablet so it is viewable online.
