Former Salpointe Catholic High School golfer and JGAA alum Mackenzie McRee led the Ohio Bobcats to its first team title since 2017 at the 2024 Rocket Classic hosted by Toledo University. Making it to the final day of play, the former JGAA player had her eyes set on the championship with a key matchup against No. 6 seed Rianne Malixi of the Philippines. The contest put on a full display of superb golf between the two amateurs.
