The 2026 PING Junior Masters Series wrote its final chapter at the historic Phoenix Country Club for the annual Willie Low Invitational, June 29–30. The premier Arizona junior golf circuit brought forth ultimate tests and competitive storylines all season long. Each tournament typically draws a limited field of 50-80 top junior competitors aged 13-18 in the Championship Division. When the scores were final, Owen Greenough and Natalia Fox were left standing atop the leaderboard, closing out the series with the last two titles of the year. Chock-full of low scores and highlight-caliber plays, the final stop didn’t disappoint.
In the Boys Championship division, Greenough made a statement from the very beginning. The Chandler golfer recorded a 2-under 69 in the first round to share the early lead with Gilbert’s Joseph Nelson, then put on the round of the tournament in the final 18, rattling off five birdies for a 4-under 67. The final stretch proved to be the nail in the coffin. His 6-under 136 total was enough to hold off a hard-charging pack that made a run at him all afternoon. Tucson’s Parker Servoss and Scottsdale’s Asher Nelson each had the tournament’s best final round in them. Servoss carved out a 5-under 66, matching Greenough’s five-birdie collection, to climb two spots into a share of second, while Nelson strung together six birdies of his own in a 4-under 67 to join the party. Both finished at 5-under 137, one stroke back of Greenough at the wire. The win introduces Greenough into the PING Junior Masters Series win column.
On the girls’ side, Natalia Fox never trailed. She leaned on steady ball-striking and clutch par saves to protect the lead all day, scrambling when she had to and cashing in the must-make putts for momentum. The Peoria golfer opened with an even-par 71 and backed it up with a 1-over 72 in the final round to finish at 1-over 143, wire to wire — her first PING Junior Masters Series win. Chasing her the entire way was Cynthia Lang, the reigning champion of this event, who matched Fox shot for shot on Tuesday with a 1-over round of her own but couldn’t close the two-shot gap, finishing runner-up at 3-over 145. Scottsdale’s Malone Wall claimed solo third at 7-over.
With the final putts dropping at Phoenix Country Club, the 2026 PING Junior Masters Series is officially in the books. From Warren Schutte to Scottsdale Charros to Thunderbird to the Scottsdale Invitational and now Willie Low, the series once again delivered five weeks of the state’s best junior competition and sent its champions into the summer with hardware to show for it.
