FSI Scottsdale owner/trainer and certified US ARMY Master Fitness Instructor, Carson Kemp, recently enlisted the help of client and PGA TOUR player Joel Dahmen (70 OWGR, 37 FedExCup) to demonstrate a few basic movements to help stay active and fit, especially under the current circumstances. Focusing on four basic principles – flexibility, stability, strength and power – the exercises in this video mimic the movements of creatures such as bears, frogs and monkeys.
When Kemps isn’t training or working out, he plays any and every sport and holds a 0.2 handicap with the Arizona Golf Association and loves tournament golf. He also enjoys different challenges like Tough Mudders and a few 5k and 10ks, but his real passion is for you to reach your goals.
