The final stop on the 2025 PING Junior Masters Series squared off at the storied Phoenix Country Club for the annual Willie Low Invitational, June 23–24. The Boys Championship division saw fireworks early—four players opened with rounds in the 60s.

Scottsdale’s own Arjun Somani and Frederick Egnatios matched scores in round one, both posting 4-under 67s to share the top spot on the leaderboard. In the final round, Somani kept the foot on the gas, rolling in three birdies and going bogey-free on the back nine. The two went toe-to-toe in a back-and-forth battle down the stretch, but it was Somani who emerged with a one-shot win after Egnatios bogeyed the final hole. Somani claimed his first victory of the 2025 season at 6-under, with Egnatios finishing runner-up at 5-under. Rounding out the top three were Ethan Butters (Chandler) and Alec Hilgers (Surprise), who tied for third.

On the girls’ side, Cynthia Lang of Chandler got her redemption. After a runner-up finish at last year’s Willie Low, Lang returned and delivered. She and rising star Beau Ellington (Paradise Valley) finished tied at 2-over par through regulation, sending things to a playoff. Lang prevailed on the second playoff hole with a clutch par, earning her first win since the Tucson Conquistadores Spring Classic in April. Phoenician and last year’s winner Izzy Piazza took solo third at 6-over.
