The 7th Annual TallyCM JGAA Desert Mountain Drive teed off on Saturday, December 13, at Desert Mountain – Seven, bringing together juniors, members, and sponsors for another memorable day in the desert. Players were treated to perfect weather and spectacular course conditions, setting the stage for another memorable event. Upon check-in, each participant received a custom-designed tumbler courtesy of the team at Tempercraft, along with a pair of Oakley eyewear.
Teams for the event consisted of one JGAA junior paired with a registered foursome. A total of 16 teams competed this year, all vying for the championship title. The tournament was played in a scramble format, with impressive scoring throughout the field. When the dust settled, Jack Abraham, Asher Nelson, Tate Tally, Hank Miller and Ash Edwards rose to the top of the leaderboard, posting an impressive 17-under to claim the title of 2025 TallyCM JGAA Desert Mountain Drive Champions.
A sincere thank you to Director of Golf Andy Fisher, PGA, and the Desert Mountain membership for their continued support in hosting this event, which plays an important role in raising funds and awareness for JGAA programming. This tournament would not be possible without the generosity of Desert Mountain and the commitment of our many sponsors, and we encourage everyone to thank them whenever the opportunity arises.
We would also like to extend our gratitude to Desert Mountain staff members Sean Ferris, PGA, Kendall Kinsey, PGA, and Amy Fox, as well as Desert Mountain members Nick Taylor, Chris Storbeck, Joe and Dick Lloyd, Dan Wolski, and Bill Harris for their efforts in making this event such a success.
