Ashley Menne put together quite the season in 2017 with 12 wins in 17 events entered on the JGAA circuit – including four of five Masters Series victories. She also made an appearance at the U.S. Girl’s Junior for the second consecutive year, and notched her first AJGA win in July.
The hard work started early.
“We’re obviously very proud of Ashley,” said Scott McNevin, executive director of the JGAA. “She works hard on her game, enters every JGAA tournament she can. It’s very gratifying to see the positive results.”
Mark McClune with AZ Family Sports caught up with the sophomore at Xavier Prep to chat about the game alongside her pals on the golf team as they set their sights on another successful season.
