The Junior Golf Association of Arizona is proud to recognize Keckstrong as a meaningful partner whose impact extends far beyond the game. Keckstrong was established in honor of Jeremy Keck, a former JGAA alum whose legacy continues to inspire all who knew him. Jeremy’s passion for golf, combined with his character and commitment to others, left a lasting impression on the Arizona golf and business community.
Following his passing in 2020, Jeremy’s friends and family created the Keckstrong Classic, an annual event dedicated to celebrating his life and continuing the positive influence he had on those around him. Held at Papago Golf Club, the event brings together many of Jeremy’s friends and colleagues from the commercial construction industry, united by a shared purpose and lasting connection.
Through these efforts, Keckstrong proudly sponsors the Keckstrong Junior Classic each September, providing JGAA members with a meaningful and competitive playing opportunity. The proceeds generated from the Keckstrong Classic directly support this junior event, ensuring that Jeremy’s legacy lives on through the next generation of golfers.
In addition, funds raised help provide scholarships for JGAA graduating seniors who are pursuing higher education, offering support as they take the next step in their journey. Furthermore, Keckstrong also supports the Arizona Builders Association by awarding scholarships for young people continuing their education in the field of construction.
